The key benchmark indices are likely to open on a flat note
ahead of F&O expiry and Railway Budget presentation later today. The Union
Minister Suresh Prabhu is set to present the Railway Budget, which will indicate
whether the government has adopted ideas on how the railways can raise much
needed funds.
