* ASTRAL POLY TECHNIK: The board has decided to pay interim dividend of 0.25 rupee per share.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Plans to raise $400 mln by selling 3.5% in listed tower unit BHARTI INFRATEL through block deals in the open market on Tuesday.

* CRISIL: Small Industries Development Bank of India and the company signed a memorandum of
understanding to launch CriSidEx--an index for micro, small and medium enterprises.

* DCB BANK: May, on Thursday, consider raising up to 3 bln rupees through the issuance of debt securities, including tier-II bonds.

* HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT: DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund bought 1.24% stake in the company in a bulk deal on the NSE at 735 rupees apiece.

* HERO MOTOCORP: The company's operations have been marginally impacted due to short supply of materials on account of transportation after the National Green Tribunal banned industrial activity in and around New Delhi.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: The merger of the company and Natural Gas Corp will be completed in 2017-18 (Apr-Mar), Anuradha Thakur, joint secretary in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, said on the sidelines of the launch of Bharat 22 ETF.

 * JUST DIAL: Samsung Asia Leaders Securities Master Investment Trust Equity bought 355,000 shares of the company for 513.21 rupees apiece in a bulk deal on the NSE.

* LUPIN: The Delhi High Court will hear on Dec 4 a plea filed by the company against SUN
PHARMACEUTICALS INDUSTRIES alleging trademark infringement of its blood pressure drug 'Lipril'. Expects the US drug regulator's action against the company to leave only an "immaterial dent" on its revenue, even though it would affect its plans to launch new drugs.

* MOREPEN LABORATORIES: Has inked an exclusive agreement to market and distribute Belgian
probiotics player Vesale Pharma International's major brands in the gastroenterology segment.

* MUTHOOT CAPITAL SERVICES: A committee of directors approved the allotment of 2.73 mln shares to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of 605 rupees per share.

* MUTHOOT FINANCE: Along with Liberty Videocon General Insurance has launched a shop insurance product for micro, small and medium enterprise owners at a premium starting at 999 rupees.

* NESTLE INDIA: Has asked advertising agencies to pitch for its media account, estimated to be worth 6 bln rupees.

* NMDC: Has decided to pause on an earlier decision to cut prices. In the current financial year so far, it has cut by 5.15%.

* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: Executives have protested the government move to give private firms control over some of its producing fields to boost stagnant output, urging the prime minister to review the proposal they claim lacks process clarity. Will resist the government's reported move to hand over its 11 discovered hydrocarbon fields to private operators for their expeditious development.

 * PATEL ENGINEERING: The overseeing committee has approved the company's debt recast plan under RBI's scheme for sustainable structuring of stressed assets.

* PC JEWELLER: Expects to open 15 stores in the second half of the financial year, of which 10 will be franchisees.

* PETRONET LNG: Has been looking at various investment options in other regasification terminals, but a final decision on any such investment is yet to be taken.

* TECH MAHINDRA: Toshiba Digital Solutions and TECH MAHINDRA announced a strategic partnership to work in the area of a smart factory.

* UCO BANK: Is looking to recover more than 40 bln rupees from bad assets in this financial year through cash recovery and upgradation to clean up its balance sheet.
