Indian benchmark indices are likely to open flat to lower on Tuesday, tracking weak cues from Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange and mixed trend across global peers. Markets across Asia were trading lower as traders remained wary over whether the US government will get tax reform done at all this year. In the overnight trade, Wall Street ended tad higher, as gains in consumer and household goods stocks were offset by losses in industrial and energy stocks. Back home, bearish trend in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for November delivery, which were trading at 10,242.00, down by 0.19 points.
