 * 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: The Central Bureau of Investigation has found that nine shell companies were allegedly diverting proceeds related to the National Spot Exchange scam to other avenues. The National Spot Exchange is an arm of the company formerly known as Financial Technologies India.
* ABB INDIA: Reported Jan-Mar net profit of 881.7 mln rupees, up 3.2% on year, while net sales rose 9.4% on year to 22.96 bln rupees. * BHARTI INFRATEL: Reported Jan-Mar consolidated net profit of 6 bln rupees, down 16.9% on year, while total revenue rose 13.2% on year to 16 bln rupees. The company will pay a dividend of 4 rupees per share.

. * COAL INDIA: The government may merge the company's pension fund with the Employees' Provident Fund to overcome a shortfall and ensure that payments to pensioners are not disrupted.

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: The promoters are asking for 250 rupees per share in the sale of a controlling stake in the company.
 * GOL OFFSHORE: The Bombay High Court has admitted petitions for winding up the company. The petitions were filed by the Export Import Bank of India and PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK (International).
 * HAVELLS INDIA: Has completed the acquisition of consumer durables business of LLOYD ELECTRIC & ENGINEERING for 16 bln rupees.

. * UNION BANK OF INDIA: Reported Jan-Mar net profit of 1.1 bln rupees, up 12.6% on year, while total revenue rose 10% on year to 97.7 bln rupees.
 * UNITECH: The Supreme Court has ordered distribution of 155 mln rupees, deposited in its registry by the company, to home buyers in the company's Vista housing project in Gurugram on a pro-rata basis.
 * VEDANTA: Has sought bids from oilfield service providers for integrated development of its main Mangala, Bhagyam and Aishwariya fields in the prolific Rajasthan block as it looks at outside help to raise output.
