* ADVANCED ENZYME TECHNOLOGIES: To submit its financial results for the quarter ended
Jun 30 on or before Sep 14 because it will adopt Indian Accounting Standards or IND-AS in 2017-18
(Apr-Mar).

* ASHOK LEYLAND: Is scouting for a battery maker to power its expansion into the electric vehicles  space, encouraged by the government push to less-polluting mass mobility systems.

* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Posted an 11.4% on-year fall in consolidated net profit to 5.2 bln rupees
in Apr-Jun. Total revenue from operations of the company was down 2.3% at 36.8 bln rupees.
 - To transfer 24,109 sq yard of land in Ranga Reddy district, Telangana, to subsidiary Raidurgam
Developers, for development and construction.

* BANK OF BARODA: Is likely to set 8.65% as the coupon on its Basel-III compliant, tier-I bonds
and has accepted bids worth around 8.50 bln rupees.

* BANK OF INDIA: Has recalled a 3.06-bln-rupee loan given to HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE subsidiary Privilege Power and Infrastructure.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Bharat Sanchar Nigam is in talks with the company and Reliance Jio Infocomm
for sharing its dark, or unused, optic fibre as part of efforts to double its revenue from network sharing to about 30 bln rupees in 2017-18.
 - The company and Vodafone have topped the list of operators whose mobile towers were found
violating radiation norms.

* BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES: Plans to rope in a partner to strengthen its dairy business and
discontinue a few brands in this segment as part of a strategy to focus on higher margin products.

* COAL INDIA: Will shut nearly 100 unprofitable mines over the next two-three years. Of these, 37

* DCM: Board has approved raising the limit to mortgage its land parcel in Delhi for real-estate
project of its joint venture, Purearth Infrastructure, to 10 bln rupees from 6 bln rupees.

* EICHER MOTORS: Posted a 22.2% on-year rise in consolidated net profit to 4.6 bln rupees in AprJun. Total revenue from operations was up 28.5% at 22.5 bln rupees during the quarter.

* ENGINEERS INDIA: Posted a 1.3% on-year rise in net profit for Apr-Jun at 813.8 mln rupees.
Revenue from operations was up 9.8% at 3.8 bln rupees.

* IDBI BANK: The board at a meeting Monday will consider the preferential issue of shares worth up to 18.61 bln rupees to the government.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Aims around 3.70-trln-rupee net revenue from operations for the current
financial year ending March.

* JAYPEE INFRATECH: The Allahabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has admitted
insolvency proceedings against the company.

* LANCO INFRATECH: The Hyderabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has approved insolvency proceedings against the company following an application by IDBI BANK.

* LUPIN: Is looking for speciality assets in women's health and neurology businesses in regulated
markets such as the US.

* MAHANAGAR GAS: Posted a 34.1% on-year rise in net profit to 1.2 bln rupees in Apr-Jun.
Income from operations were up 9.1% at 5.8 bln rupees during the quarter.

* MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES: Posted a 37.9% on-year fall in net profit to 665.8 mln rupees in
Apr-Jun. Income from operations of the company was also down 30.4% at 916.5 mln rupees.

* NATIONAL ALUMINIUM CO: Posted a 4.5% on-year fall in net profit to 1.3 bln rupees in AprJun, while revenue from operations rose 14.7% to 19.1 bln rupees.

* NHPC: Has signed power purchase agreements with BSES Yamuna Power for seven power units for 35 years from the date of commercial operations.

* NMDC: Posted a 36.3% on-year rise in net profit to 9.7 bln rupees in Apr-Jun. Income from
operations was up 65.1% at 28.4 bln rupees during the quarter.

* NTPC: Plans its first reduction in capital spending in at least six years. It plans to spend 230 bln
rupees as capital expenditure this financial year, 18% lower than the previous year, Finance Director
Kulamani Biswal said.

* PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES: Unit Piramal Finance said it has invested 4 bln rupees in Gurugrambased automobile parts maker Hema Engineering Industries.

* PRESTIGE ESTATES PROJECTS: Real estate investment company Ivanhoe Cambridge has shown interest in buying stake in the rental assets of Prestige Estates.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: To consider seeking an enabling approval from shareholders to
convert debt into equity shares at its board meeting on Saturday.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm is all set to launch JioFiber or home
broadband service with a disruptive tariff as low as 500 rupees for 100GB of data by Diwali this year,
company's Board Director Isha Ambani tweeted.

* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: Delhi Metro Rail Corp has told the Delhi High Court hat it
would soon challenge the arbitration award given by a three-member committee in favour of the
company's arm Delhi Airport Metro Express.

* TATA MOTORS: Posted a 42.3% on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Apr-Jun at 31.8 bln
rupees but income from operations fell 9.6% to 598.2 bln rupees.
* UNION BANK OF INDIA: Has approved raising equity capital of up to 20 bln rupees through a follow-on public offer, a rights issue, a qualified institutional placement.
