Indian benchmark indices are likely to open in green on Thursday, tracking firm cues from Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange and positive trend across global peers. Markets across Asia were trading higher after Wall Street ended higher in the overnight trade amid easing geopolitical tensions such as the secessionist push in Spain and cooling tensions on the Korean peninsula. Adding to it, US Federal Reserve’s dovish approach towards the interest-rate in wake of rising inflation also boosted investor sentiment. Back home, bullish trend in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for October delivery, which were trading at 10,024.50, up by 36.00 points.
