* BAJAJ AUTO: Will offer five rounds of free servicing, own-damage insurance cover, and a warranty for five years on select motorcycles across all dealerships in India from Friday, at no additional cost.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Subsidiary Airtel Payments Bank has reported a 10% increase in its loss at 2.72 bln rupees during 2017-18 (Apr-Mar) against 2.44 bln rupees in the year-ago period.

* BHARAT GEARS: The board will meet on Tuesday to consider rights issue of shares.

* BHUSHAN STEEL: Jul-Sep steel sales were up 10.7% on year at 1.14 mln tn.

* CADILA HEALTHCARE: The US Food and Drug Administration made no observation after completing its inspection at the company's biologics manufacturing facility at Zydus Biotech park in Ahmedabad.

* ICICI BANK: Subsidiary ICICI Venture is in discussions to acquire a significant minority stake in Micro Plastics, a Bengaluru-based leading contract manufacturer and exporter of toys, model hobby kits and sports equipment.

* IDBI BANK: Life Insurance Corp of India is set to acquire 2.04 bln shares of the bank at 61.73 rupees per share through an open offer.

* IL&FS TRANSPORTATION NETWORKS: BSE has lowered the circuit limit on shares of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services group companies.

* INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yashita Buildcon has taken possession of a newly constructed commercial building at Gurugram.

* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: Has raised 3.5 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures maturing in one year and one month.

* JAIPRAKASH POWER: ICICI BANK has filed application with National Company Law Tribunal,
Ahmedabad bench, to initiate corporate insolvency resolution process against the company.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Has received around 2.58 bln rupees from Jet Privilege, its customer loyalty programme, for advance ticket sale.

* KARUR VYSYA BANK: The expected financial implication of the 50-mln-rupee penalty imposed  by the Reserve Bank of India is "not material, considering the profitability and financial position of the bank".

* LUPIN: Launched potassium chloride oral solution USP in 20 mEq/15 ml and 40 mEq/15 ml strengths in the US.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Chairman R.C. Bhargava, former director of IL&FS, has ruled out resigning from the board of the auto major, stating as per the law a director needs to step down only when "something is established against" him.

* MOSER BAER INDIA: BSE and the National Stock Exchange have decided to suspend trading in the shares of the company from Oct 11 following the commencement of liquidation proceedings.

* NBCC (INDIA): Has received a letter of award worth 4 bln rupees from IIM Ranchi to provide project management consultancy for development of permanent campus. The Supreme Court has  allowed the company to float tenders and to prepare detailed project report for the Amrapali Group projects.

* POWERGRID CORP OF INDIA: Expects a market opportunity of 500 bln rupees for setting up Green Energy Evacuation Corridors in India by 2022.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: The company plans to raise at least 5 bln rupees through issue of bonds
maturing in 10 years, and has invited bids on Monday.

* PRATAAP SNACKS: Has completed acquisition of 76.88% stake in Avadh Snacks.

* PURAVANKARA: Keppel Puravankara, a joint venture between the company and Singapore-based Keppel Land, has entered into an agreement with Metro Cash & Carry India to develop commercial office-cum-retail project.

* SPICEJET: The airline has started daily direct flight between Kolkata and Pakyong airport in Sikkim.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: The company's banking solution has been deployed at the Chinaheadquartered New Development Bank to manage risk and treasury operations. Has collaborated with the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo, for technology research and facilitating inter- personnel exchange.

* TITAN CO: Growth in the company's jewellery segment sales picked up "very well" in the September quarter, after being muted in Apr-Jun, owing to gains in market share.
