* 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted interim relief to the company in connection with the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act matter.

* AU SMALL FINANCE BANK: Increased rates on retail term deposits by 50 basis points.

* BANK OF BARODA: The bank, DENA BANK and VIJAYA BANK have decided to set up internal committees, which will help integrate their functions before the merger happens.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Added 1 mln users in August.

* BSE: Forayed into the commodity derivatives segment with the launch of 1 kg gold and 30 kg silver futures contracts on Oct 1, and clocked a turnover of 5.78 bln rupees on Tuesday, the highest since launch.

* DEN NETWORKS: MSD India Fund on Wednesday sold 2.99 mln shares or 1.59% stake in the company at 66.77 rupees a share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES: Board has appointed Vikash Kumar Jain as chief financial officer. Collaborated with Microsoft to accelerate adoption of cloud solution by enterprises.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: Vijayawada-Singapore direct flights are likely to commence from Dec 4, and not on Oct 25 as planned before.

* TATA CHEMICALS: Signed a pact with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Central
Electrochemical Research Institute for technology to scale up manufacturing cathode materials for lithium-ion cells.

* TATA STEEL: Said subsidiary TATA SPONGE would be the strategic vehicle to undertake acquisition of USHA MARTIN's steel business.

* UTTAM GALVA STEELS: Deutsche Bank AG (Singapore Branch) has objected to the "process and manner" followed by Essar Steel's Committee of Creditors and ArcelorMittal regarding repayment of dues of the company which is linked to eligibility of ArcelorMittal's bid for Essar Steel.

* VEDANTA: Will begin operations at copper rod mill in Silvassa, with a capacity of 250,000 tn per annum, by the end of November, Sterlite Copper Chief Executive Officer P. Ramnath said on the sidelines of India Copper Forum.

* VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES: The principal bench of National Company Law Tribunal on Wednesday transferred all insolvency petitions related to Videocon group to the court of Justice M.K. Shrawat of the tribunal.

* VIPUL LTD: Acme Resources on Wednesday sold 2.99 mln shares or 2.49% stake in the company at 51.40 rupees a share through a bulk deal on BSE.

* WELSPUN INDIA: Welspun Group Managing Director Rajesh Mandawewala has bought a three-floor seafacing apartment in an upcoming South Mumbai residential tower for around 1.27 bln rupees, sources said.
