* 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: Board has decided to seek shareholders' approval for sale of stake in subsidiary Atom Technologies, investment in subsidiary National Spot Exchange, and appointment of Devender Singh Rawat as non-executive director.
* ABG SHIPYARD: Has announced the commencement of the liquidation process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
* ASIAN OILFIELD SERVICES: Wholly-owned subsidiary Asian Oilfield & Energy Services DMCC,
Dubai, has bagged a $52 mln contract from Nigeria-based Amni International Petroleum Development OML 52 Co.
* BHARTI AIRTEL: The company and Bharti Airtel Services will sell its very small aperture terminal
business to Hughes Communications India and HCIL Comtel, respectively.
* BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES: Proxy advisory and corporate governance firm InGovern alleged the company violated listing regulations by not reporting arrest of its promoter and director, Ness Wadia, while demanding his resignation.
* GODREJ AGROVET: The company and its arm ASTEC LIFESCIENCES have decided not to go ahead with their scheme to merge.
* GREAT EASTERN SHIPPING CO: The board has approved raising up to 10 bln rupees through issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis during the year.
* HDFC BANK: The board will meet on May 22 to consider sub-division of shares of 2 rupees face value each into 1 rupee.
* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: The board will meet on May 13 to consider raising funds through issue of redeemable non-convertible debentures and/or any other hybrid instruments on a private placement basis.
* ICICI BANK: The board of directors of the bank has appointed Sandeep Batra as executive director for five years, effective today.
-Board has approved raising $3 bln through public or private placement of bonds in offshore markets, in single or multiple tranches.
-Board also approved raising up to 250 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures, bonds and
offshore certificates of deposit.
* INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK: Plans to raise 8.5 bln rupees from the sale of non-core assets, including properties and investments, in 2019-20 (Apr-Mar).
* INFIBEAM AVENUES: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has started a probe against SRBC based on a complaint by the company.
* JAYPEE INFRATECH: The Allahabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has allowed the company's corporate insolvency resolution process, which was scheduled to come to an end on Monday, to continue until May 21.
* JINDAL STEEL & POWER: Corporate management committee of the board has allotted 1.71 mln shares to promoter Opelina Finance and Investment at 140.31 rupees per share, upon conversion of warrants.
* JET AIRWAYS: Air India's plan to lease five Boeing 777 aircraft of the company has hit a roadblock as the biggest lender to the grounded airline has still to respond to the offer.
* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Has bought shares worth about 1.13 bln rupees of MINDTREE through open market transactions.
* LEMON TREE HOTELS: Has opened 49-room hotel under brand name "Red Fox Hotel" in Alwar,
Rajasthan.
* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: The company's compact sports utility vehicle XUV300 has recorded over 26,000 bookings since its launch in February.
* MARICO: Aspires to deliver 8-10% consolidated volume growth and 13-15% topline growth in the medium term.
* NACL INDUSTRIES: Entered into a long-term agreement with UPL for manufacturing advance
agrochemical intermediates at its Srikakulam technical plant, for about 750 mln rupees per annum, for six years.
* ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE: The board will meet on May 13 to consider raising funds through qualified institutional placement such as rights issue/public issue/employee stock purchase scheme in one or more tranches.
* PNB HOUSING FINANCE: Looking to sell shares as the mortgage lender seeks to raise fresh equity capital to support growth. Lender likely to raise around 20 bln rupees.
* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: STATE BANK OF INDIA, the lead banker in the company's asset monetisation plan, has shortlisted consultancy firm Deloitte as the interim resolution professional.
* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Israel-based Bank Yahav has deployed the company's banking digital platform, which helped the lender with end-to-end core system transformation.
* UNITECH: Homebuyers who have not received delivery of homes or refunds of their payments from the Unitech Group have written to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs seeking the removal of promoter directors from the company's board for violations of provisions of the Companies Act.
* VODAFONE IDEA: Signed a multi-million dollar five-year agreement with IBM under which the US-based information technology giant will build a digital infrastructure platform for the mobile operator for an enhanced customer experience and simplify business processes.
