* ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICALS: Has formed a joint venture with China-based SPH SINE Pharmaceutical Laboratories Co and Adia (Shanghai) Pharma Co to sell pharmaceutical products in China.

* ALKEM LABORATORIES: Got approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for generic of Welchol drug.

* BAJAJ ELECTRICALS: Has scrapped the sale of its non-convertible debentures as they did not receive sufficient bids.

* BANK OF MAHARASHTRA: Has kept its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates across tenures
unchanged for May.

* BIOCON: Has received extended commercialisation rights for biosimilar Adalimumab to global markets from Europe.

* BSE: Approved a proposal to buyback 6.76 mln shares at 680 rupees apiece, totalling 4.60 bln rupees.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: Got National Housing Bank's approval to sell its entire stake in Aadhar Housing Finance.

* EICHER MOTORS: Royal Enfield has announced the recall of nearly 7,000 units of its Bullet and Bullet Electra models to rectify a faulty brake caliper bolt.

* ESSEL PROPACK: Global private equity fund Blackstone's open offer to acquire 82.06 mln shares or 26% further stake in the company will open on Jun 14 and end on Jun 27.

* FDC: Production was disrupted for a few hours due to a fire at Roha plant. There was no significant impact of the incident on operations of the company.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Arm Delhi International Airport plans to raise up to $350 mln through 10-year senior secured bonds to fund its proposed expansion of Indira Gandhi International Airport.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Has announced it will auction part of the 'Jet Airways Godrej BKC' building in Bandra Kurla Complex after JET AIRWAYS INDIA failed to pay back a loan of 4.1 bln rupees.

* IDBI BANK: The company is targeting 5 bln rupees in revenue this fiscal through cross-selling opportunities and expects to double that in the next financial year.

* INGERSOLL RAND INDIA: Gardner Denver to buy 8.2 mln shares in the company via open offer.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: The company-led IndiGo airline is in talks with Airbus SE for another large Airbus order, said Chief Executive Officer Ronojoy Dutta.

* JAYPEE INFRATECH: Fearing liquidation proceedings as the insolvency resolution process for the company could not be completed within the statutory period of 270 days, hundreds of homebuyers approached the Supreme Court seeking to stop the dissolution process.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: The company's pilots' union has appealed to the Supreme Court to direct STATE BANK OF INDIA to release interim funding to try to revive the grounded airline. Founder, Naresh Goyal has offered to infuse 2.50 bln rupees of his own funds into the grounded airline to
protracted attempts to revive the Mumbai-based carrier. Vistara is planning to induct at least three single-aisle Boeing 737 planes of the company.

* JSW STEEL: Has revised its bid for Asian Colour Coated Ispat by 3 bln rupees to 15 bln rupees as part of its efforts to acquire the debt-ridden company in an insolvency driven process.

* KANSAI NEROLAC PAINTS: Has formed a joint venture with Polygel Industries in India to transfer the latter's adhesives, construction chemicals, and sealants business.

* LUPIN: Has got a tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to market fosaprepitant for injection, a generic version of Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp's Emend in 150 mg single-dose vial.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Vehicle production in April was down 10.2% at 48,084 units, against 53,526 units in the year-ago period.

* MINDTREE: LARSEN & TOUBRO has acquired 1.47 mln shares in the company at 979.93 rupees apiece through the open market.

* NBCC (INDIA): Has sought waivers from tax and other claims of at least over 400 bln rupees on JAYPEE INFRATECH in its revised bid to acquire the real estate company, which is undergoing insolvency proceedings in the National Company Law Tribunal.

* PRIME FOCUS: Standard Chartered Private Equity (Mauritius) III has sold 4.18 mln shares or 1.40% stake in the company at 60.50 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* RAYMOND: Plans to spend 2 bln rupees on capital expenditure in 2019-20 (Apr-Mar).

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Firms have joined banks in bidding at the swap auctions conducted by the Reserve Bank of India this year. The company and a unit accounted for more than 60% of the $5 bln raised on Apr 23.

* RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES: DBS Bank-Singapore has told the Mumbai National Company Law Tribunal it would move the tribunal against Patanjali Ayurved's proposed 43.5-bln-rupee resolution plan for the company.

* VAKRANGEE: Has partnered DISH TV INDIA for distribution of subscription recharge and providing collection services for both its brands--DishTV and d2h.

* UPL: Five companies associated with or related to the company have settled charges of "misconduct" with the World Bank, which emanated from violations in execution of projects funded by the multilateral financial institution.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: Essel Group said the stake sale process of the company is at an advanced stage. In November, the company had announced that its promoters, led by Subhash Chandra, planned to sell up to 50% of their stake in the company to a strategic partner.
