* ADANI GREEN ENERGY: The non-retail portion of promoters' offer-for-sale of the company's shares was
subscribed 1.26 times on the first day.
* ADANI POWER: The board will meet on May 29 to consider raising funds through equity instruments that include convertible securities, qualified institutional placements, global depositary receipts or American depositary receipts.

* ADANI TRANSMISSION: The board will meet on May 28 to consider raising funds through equity
instruments, including convertible securities, qualified institutional placements, and global depositary receipts or American depositary receipts.

* ASIAN GRANITO INDIA: Board has approved termination of its 50:50 joint venture, AGL Panaria, with Italy-based Panaria Group Industrie Ceramiche S.P.A.

* BHARTI INFRATEL: The merger of Indus Towers with the company is at an advanced stage of completion, according to a joint statement by the Bharti Group and the Vodafone Group.

* CYIENT: In pact with OneStrand for interactive publication solutions.

* DEEPAK FERTILISERS & PETROCHEMICALS CORP: Is planning to invest up to $160 mln in capital expenditure. The investment will be backed by a $60 mln investment package from the International Finance Corp.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: Has said it won't allow premature withdrawals of its deposits, with immediate effect, in order to reorganise its liability management.

* EDELWEISS FINANCIAL SERVICES: US-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co will buy a minority stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Edelweiss Insurance Brokers, subject to regulatory approvals.

* FDC: The company's board will meet on Friday to mull buyback of shares through the tender offer route.

* IDFC FIRST BANK: ICRA has downgraded the long-term rating on non-convertible debentures of the company to AA from AA+, while maintaining a stable outlook on the rating.

* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: The board has approved issue of $350 mln via senior secured notes.

* INFOSYS: Has implemented Infosys Finacle's core banking solution at Global Treasure Bank, Myanmar.

* JET AIRWAYS (INDIA): The Hinduja Group on Tuesday said it was considering a bid for the company, which has been grounded for more than a month and is on a desperate hunt for an investor to restart flights.

* LAKSHMI VILAS BANK: Is upgrading its Core Banking Solution and internet banking onto a new platform. The migration activity will take place between 2100 IST on Friday and 2100 IST on Sunday. During the migration, bank's online services such as transactions using debit cards, automated teller machines, points of sale, and internet and mobile banking, among others, will be unavailable.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: The Competition Commission of India is looking into allegations that the company in some cases restricted discounts offered by its dealer network and in turn controlled prices offered to consumers.

* MT EDUCARE: An anonymous whistle-blower has alleged round-tripping and accounting fraud at the company in a letter to several regulatory bodies.

* NIIT TECHNOLOGIES: Nomura Singapore has acquired 351,430 shares or 0.56% stake in the company through the open market from May 2-16.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: Has invited bids for bonds maturing in 3, 5 and 10 years, on Thursday.

* RITCO LOGISTICS: Barclays Securities India has bought 240,000 shares or 1% stake in the company at 72 rupees a share through a bulk deal on BSE.

* TATA POWER CO: Subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy, emerged winner in an auction conducted by Gujarat for 1,000 MW of projects to be built at Dholera solar park.

* TECH MAHINDRA: The company has bagged a defence order of 3 bln rupees for digital transformation from the Indian Navy, under armed forces secure access card project.

* ULTRATECH CEMENT: Has commissioned a zero discharge ready mix concrete plant in Mumbai.

* VEDANTA: Has been declared the preferred bidder for two copper blocks that were put up for auction by the Maharashtra government.
