* BANKING: The government plans to enrol 10 mln more farmers under the Kisan Credit Card scheme in the first 100 days of assuming office, to help them avail bank credit for arranging inputs, a government official said. Banks are in a fix over the Reserve Bank of India's revised circular addressing resolution of stressed assets, which insists on an inter-creditor agreement to start any process.

* INFRASTRUCTURE: The National Highways Authority of India is looking to tweak the build-operatetransfer framework of highways development as the government plans to revive the model, which has failed to
elicit interest from the private sector.
-The National Highways Authority of India has invited bids for the third bundle of toll-operate-transfer auctions, looking to raise a minimum of 49.95 bln rupees as it gets cracking on the asset monetisation programme of the government.

* OIL AND GAS: Oil prices rebounded as two tankers were damaged in a suspected attack in the Gulf of Oman, just weeks after a previous incident in the region.

* POWER: The government has allowed distribution companies to use purchase of bundled power--solar with thermal--for meeting renewable power purchase obligation, an official from power ministry said.

* REALTY: Realty developer Wadhwa Group is planning to invest 22 bln rupees in the first two phases of its integrated township project Wadhwa Wise City spread over 450 acres in Panvel near Mumbai.

* REGULATORY: The Securities and Exchange Board of India issued norms for enhanced disclosures by credit rating agencies to "further strengthen the disclosures made by credit rating agencies and enhance the rating standard".

* TELECOMMUNICATION: Digital Communications Commission has asked the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India to review its recommendations on the upcoming spectrum auctions, a senior government official said. The Indian government will take a "calibrated" decision very soon on whether to allow Chinese equipmentmaker Huawei for 5G development in the country, without compromising on security, a top official has said.
