* 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES: The Bombay High Court has summoned former finance minister P.
Chidambaram and top serving bureaucrats Ramesh Abhishek and K.P. Krishnan in the 100-bln-rupee damage suit filed by the company with regard to 56-bln-rupee National Spot Exchange payment crisis matter.
* ALKEM LABORATORIES: US Food and Drug Administration has issued establishment inspection report to the company's manufacturing facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Plans to acquire Sandoz Inc's dermatology business, besides three manufacturing units in the US, is likely to be delayed further, pending approval from the Federal Trade Commission, the US's anti-trust regulator.
* BAJAJ FINANCE: Raised 4.7 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures maturing on Jun 7, 2022, Sep 2, 2022 and Jul 27, 2023.
* BANDHAN BANK: Shareholders of the bank have approved the merger of GRUH FINANCE with the bank.
* CENTURY TEXTILES AND INDUSTRIES: Expects to complete the demerger of its cement business, and its merger with ULTRATECH CEMENT by this quarter.
* CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE CO: The board has approved raising up to 280 bln rupees by issuing non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches on a private placement basis.
-Plans to raise at least 2.5 bln rupees by issuing non-convertible debentures maturing on Jan 29, 2021, and has invited bids on Thursday.
* COFFEE DAY ENTERPRISES: The remaining board of directors of the company on Tuesday took stock of the situation after the sudden and mysterious disappearance of Chairman and Managing Director V.G. Siddhartha and is confident that the management and employees will ensure continuity of operations.

* COX & KINGS: On Monday defaulted on the payment of commercial papers aggregating 100 mln rupees.
* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: On Tuesday completed the sale of 19.25 mln shares or 30.63% stake in Avanse Financial Services to Olive Vine Investment, an affiliate of Warburg Pincus Group.
-Has defaulted on 250.6-mln-rupee interest payment on non-convertible debentures, due Monday.
* DLF: K.P. Singh, the company's whole-time director designated as chairman, has been re-designated as nonexecutive chairman.
* FUTURE LIFESTYLE FASHIONS: Blackstone has acquired about 6% stake in the company for about 5.45 bln rupees.
* JET AIRWAYS (INDIA): Second meeting of committee of creditors of the airline will be held on Thursday.
* JSW ENERGY: The board will meet on Aug 6 to consider raising funds through non-convertible
debentures by way of private placement and results for Apr-Jun.
* JSW STEEL: Was declared as the preferred bidder for three more iron ore mines--Narayanpura manganese and iron ore mine, Dharmapura iron ore mine and BBH mines--in the auctions held by the Karnataka government this month.
* JUBILANT LIFE ENTERPRISES: Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-owned Rare Enterprises net bought 1.75 mln shares or 1.1% stake in the company through bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
* LAKSHMI VILAS BANK: Will cut its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates by 5 basis points across tenures from Thursday.
* MADRAS FERTILIZERS: Restarted operations at its ammonia and urea plants, which were closed for annual turnaround maintenance and inspection of boilers.
* MAHANAGAR TELEPHONE NIGAM: The government is looking to merge the company with Bharat Sanchar Nigam, which, along with various other measures, is aimed at reviving the two state-owned telecom companies.
* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: The company's stake in SmartShift Logistics Solutions will rise to 34% from 30.7%, pursuant to the issue of compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares for 375 mln rupees to the company.
* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Introduced Bharat Stage-VI of Ertiga and price starts from 754,689 rupees.
* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: The Central Bureau of Investigation has booked UK-based Rolls Royce, its Indian arm, and "unknown officials" of state-owned companies HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS, the company, and GAIL (INDIA) in a corruption case.
* PNB HOUSING FINANCE: The company has received the board's approval to raise funds aggregating 20 bln rupees through issue of shares.
* POWER FINANCE CORP: Has approved raising up to 700 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches.
* RBL BANK: All loans to Coffee Day group are standard.
* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Is expected to announce the commercial launch of its fibre broadband services, enterprise operations and certain digital technologies at its annual general meeting on Aug 12, Bank of America- Merrill Lynch said in a report.
-Reliance Jio Infocomm plans to raise about US$1 bln via offshore loans to buy telecom equipment.
* SOBHA LTD: Wholly-owned subsidiary Sobha Developers (Pune) has acquired 100% stake in Kuthavakkam Builders and Kuthavakkam Realtors at 61.13 rupees per share and 868.23 rupees per share, respectively.
* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Plans to raise 50-60 bln rupees by selling a part of the stake in its credit card joint venture SBI Cards Payment and Services.
* TATA COMMUNICATIONS: Amur Swaminathan Lakshminarayanan, president and chief executive officer of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES Japan, has been appointed as managing director and chief executive officer of the company.
* TATA MOTORS: Jaguar Land Rover is eyeing strategic and tactical partnerships to share the capital investments in technology, future models and in areas of shared mobility.
* TECH MAHINDRA: Board has approved a proposal to acquire 65% stake in US-based Mad*Pow Media Solutions, LLC through the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tech Mahindra (Americas), Inc.
* UNION BANK OF INDIA: Will cut its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates by 5-20 basis points across all tenures, effective Thursday.
