* ANDHRA BANK: Has revised rates of some retail term deposits, effective Monday.

* BSE: Opened a cyber security operation centre at its premises to offer round-the-clock monitoring of the exchange's digital infrastructure.

* CEAT: Has acquired 163-acre land in Chennai for over 600 mln rupees to set up a manufacturing plant for radial tyres.

* ECLERX SERVICES: SBI Mutual Fund's SBI Magnum Balance Fund has bought 940,866 shares of the company at 1,200 rupees apiece in a bulk deal on the BSE.

 * GUJARAT ALKALIES AND CHEMICALS: The Competition Commission of India has imposed a penalty of 18.8 mln rupees on the company in a case filed by Delhi Jal Board.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: The company and its subsidiary Prize Petroleum Co have won a second partial arbitration award against Malaysia-based M3nergy Berhad on Sep 27.

* INFOSYS: Has fixed Nov 1 as the record date for its up to 130 bln rupees share buyback programme.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Will run more flights to Gulf countries, as well as to Amsterdam and Paris, along with onward destinations.

* LOYAL EQUIPMENTS: Has received a letter of intent from Essar for the supply of tube bundle and retubing of helical heat exchangers worth 7 mln rupees.

 * LARSON & TOUBRO: Has emerged as the lowest bidder for the tender issued by Energy Efficiency Services to procure 5 mln smart meters at 2,722 rupees apiece.

* LUPIN: Has received the US Food and Drug Administration's final approval for Nadolol tablets, a
generic of Corgard tablets.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Is in talks with the Karnataka government for further investments in the state as it looks at expanding capacity in its electric vehicles division - Mahindra Electric.

* MERCATOR: Has sold its vessel Prem Poorva to Natalia Shipping for 247 mln rupees.

* MONNET ISPAT AND ENERGY: The National Company law Tribunal, Mumbai, has ruled in favour of the company, directing the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board to continue with the existing power supply arrangement to the steelmaker.

* NMDC: Total iron ore production during Apr-Sep was at 15.65 mln tn and total sales during the period under review was at 17.61 mln tn.

* PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES: The board will on Thursday consider merging arms Piramal Capital and Piramal Finance with Piramal Housing Finance.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: The National Company Law Tribunal will consider admitting an insolvency case against the company filed by TECH MAHINDRA on Nov 2.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: The company and STATE BANK OF INDIA-promoted payments bank are in the process of finishing regulatory requirements and have not fixed any timeline for starting
operations. Global oil major BP and joint venture partner RIL are finding it challenging to maintain the level of output till new productions come on stream in the Krishna-Godavari basin gas block.

* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: Will soon close the deal to sell its western transmission assets to ADANI TRANSMISSION for an estimated 10 bln rupees.

 * STATE BANK OF INDIA: Will soon ink a pact with the Maharashtra government-owned PSU Shivshahi Purnarvasan Prakalp for financing affordable housing under the state's slum rehabilitation schemes.

* TATA MOTORS: Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran said the company will make money from the government order for supply of 10,000 electric vehicles.

 * TATA STEEL: Has expressed preliminary interest to acquire debt-laden Essar Steel's Hazira plant in Gujarat.

* TECH MAHINDRA: Has entered into a partnership with medical equipment manufacturer Terumo BCT to provide medical device engineering services.

 * UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES: Has received the RBI's approval to convert to a non-deposit taking systematically important core Investment Company from a microfinance institution.

* VICEROY HOTELS: International Asset Reconstruction Co has sold 1,400 sq yard of the company's Hyderabad property for 308.2 mln rupees to Secunderabad Hotels, to reduce the company's debt.

* YES BANK: The capital-raising committee of the board will consider raising funds through Basel IIIcompliant tier-I bonds on or after Thursday .
