* AVIATION: Aircraft maker Boeing is close to completing the software upgrade of 737 MAX, and expects the certification and its implementation in all aircraft globally in the coming weeks, Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg said.
* ECONOMY: Minister of Railways and Coal Piyush Goyal said the Reserve Bank of India should
"introspect" as to why India could not achieve double-digit GDP growth "faster".
* TAXATION: The tax department has given service providers with turnover of up to 5 mln rupees time till Apr 30 to opt for the composition scheme and pay 6% goods and services tax.
* TELECOMMUNICATION: Bharat Sanchar Nigam expects 50 bln rupees revenues annually from the planned asset monetisation of its land and buildings and does not see any problem in managing the expenditure till June.
