* ADANI GREEN ENERGY: Wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Park (Gujarat) has won an order to set up a 600 MW transmission system-connected wind-solar hybrid power projects in a tender issued by Solar Energy Corp of India.
* ADHUNIK METALIKS: The National Company Law Tribunal has reserved its order on a plea by lenders seeking re-initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process against the company.
* ASHOK LEYLAND: Will temporarily shut its unit in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, from Jun 24-29 to align with production and sales requirements.
* BOMBAY CYCLE & MOTOR AGENCY: Board will meet on Saturday to mull the issue of bonus shares.
* COAL INDIA: Decided to go for an open tender to appoint a merchant banker for acquiring coking coal assets in Australia, following a pre-notice inviting tender meeting on Wednesday.
* ESSEL PROPACK: Raised 300 mln rupees through commercial papers with 88-day tenure, maturing on Sep 17.
* FEDERAL BANK: Raised 3 bln rupees through tier-II bonds maturing in 10 years at a coupon of 9.75%.
* FUTURE ENTERPRISES: Committee of directors of the company approved allotment of non-convertible debentures worth 2 bln rupees. Board will meet on Monday to consider raising funds through issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
* HERO MOTOCORP: Harley-Davidson Motor Co is in talks with the company to outsource production of 250- 500cc motorcycles that the US-based company plans to develop for emerging markets.
* HINDALCO INDUSTRIES: Cut prices of its aluminium products by more than 1% on Tuesday.
* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Approved acquiring a 51.2% stake in Apollo Munich Health Insurance for 13.47 bln rupees.
* ICICI BANK: INDOSTAR CAPITAL FINANCE and the bank have entered into a sourcing and servicing arrangement to extend credit to small and medium fleet owners to purchase used and new commercial vehicles.
* INDO COUNT INDUSTRIES: Received a show cause notice from the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, seeking refund of 736.2 mln rupees of excess export benefits and interest.
* INTERNATIONAL PAPER APPM: Plans to shut down its manufacturing facility in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, from Jul 29 to Aug 28 for maintenance.
* JSW ENERGY: Scouting for stressed power plants to boost its thermal power generation capacity.
* ITC: JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Co told the company to clear the 70-bln-rupee debt owed by HOTEL LEELAVENTURE if it is interested in saving the debt-ridden hotelier.
* NEW DELHI TELEVISION: The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has upheld the income tax department's Jun 14 contention that the company's founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy concealed income of more than 1.17 bln rupees each over two assessment years.
* NTPC: The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has decided to set up a three-member dispute resolution committee to look into disputes beyond contractual agreements between solar, wind power developers and Solar Energy Corp of India or the company.
* PC JEWELLER: Carlina Ltd sold 2% stake or 7.86 mln shares in the company through the open market on Tuesday.
* PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK: The board of the bank has approved raising up to 15 bln rupees through Basel III-compliant tier-II bonds.
* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: Morgan Stanley France SAS has sold 0.7% stake or 1.83 mln shares in the company at 40.79 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
* RELIANCE POWER: The company's 3,960 MW project at Sasan in Madhya Pradesh has received regulatory nod from the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission for implementing a system to control emissions and meet new environmental norms.
* RELIGARE ENTERPRISES: Board has approved the appointment of Rashmi Saluja, an independent director, as non-executive chairperson.
* SOUTH INDIAN BANK: The Reserve Bank of India has imposed a penalty of 1 mln rupees on the bank for not following central bank's rules on bank guarantees.
* UNION BANK OF INDIA: Board on Tuesday appointed General Manager B.S. Venkatesha as chief risk officer for two years.
