* AVIATION: Airport Economic Regulatory Authority has cleared a 120% hike in user development fee at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru to 306 rupees and 1,226 rupees for domestic and international departures, respectively, for four months starting today. Air India is set to resume its flight services to Madrid from New Delhi from Thursday.
* BANKING: Goldman Sachs has estimated that credit costs of India's banking system are expected to fall to 1.9 trln rupees in 2019-20 (Apr-Mar), a move that will boost credit growth by 140 basis points and spur economic and investment growth.
